The
"BOP-I" is a state-of-the-art personal 1-st class
protection firefighter turnout gear. It has been developed to protect
the fire-brigade's personnel from exposure to high temperature,
intensive heat flow, flame emission and other hazards during firefighting
and rescue activities. It provides also the protection from water,
surfactants, oil products, acids and alkaline solutions, and unfavorable
weather conditions such as wind, atmospheric precipitation, low
temperature down to minus 40oC.
The BOP-I turnout gear has been designed using the state-of-the-art
materials: high-performance flameproof textile fabric Nomex®
with waterproof soaking; effective moisture barrier, high-performance
signal elements, reliable accessories.
The BOP-I is available in 2 versions:
- BOP-I-A – for command staff;
- BOP-I-B – for rank-and-file staff.
The BOP-I-A version features long coat, radio pocket, links on
the waistband, arrangement and number of luminescent trim stripes.
